The airspeeder is a vehicle used widely across the galaxy thanks to the technology of the repulsorlift. The craft is capable of hovering up to very high altitudes, often accompanied with jet engines of some form to propel forwards at high speeds as well. However, they become less effective as they exit the atmosphere. Many lack any form of propulsion in a vacuum and often require heavy modifications to function there.
The list below is an attempt at a classification of different airspeeders, and while some details are available here, most information will be on the page for the craft itself.
Low-Altitude Airspeeders[]
These airspeeders have less powerful repulsor lifts and usually inferior drives. They are entirely incapable of reaching the upper atmosphere. Often these are cheaper, less likely to have weapons, and if used in military operations they support landspeeders.

High-Altitude Airspeeders[]
Most airspeeders are capable of flight upwards of 10km, virtually capable of functioning in the very edges of space. These are often used as cheaper transport vessels for movement between planetary locations, as well as strike vessels.
