Restrictions: Personalized stealth fields are vanishingly rare, and so few governments bother to place restrictions on their use. Some are legitimate artifacts of the past, while others are stolen military technology, and the particulars of their creation dictate their legality. Of course, law enforcement officers tend not to see these fine distinctions when apprehending people using them to commit crimes.
PERSONAL STEALTH FIELD[1][2][3][]
PSF users cannot be detected by sight, and any skill checks to detect them by other means, such as scent, motion, or sound, have a difficulty of Formidable.[1][4][3] The GM may use any threat or despair result generated while a character uses a personal stealth field to indicate that the field flickers for a moment or collapses altogether, rendering the user visible.[1][4]
