STUNCUFFS[1][2][]

Encumbrance — Price 100 Rarity 5

Breaking free from stuncuffs requires a Daunting difficulty Athletics or Coordination check. The GM may spend two threat results or a despair result on the check to have the character suffer 4 strain (this ignores soak).[3] Similarly, a character holding the associated remote may trigger the stuncuffs to inflict 4 strain.[4]
